Fees and funding

MSc/MPhil in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management (BCM) students have benefitted from a wide range of scholarship and funding schemes. Details of funding opportunities available to you can be found on the University's Fees and funding webpage. More information is also provided on our main Graduate fees and funding webpage.

Academic Futures is a series of University of Oxford scholarship programmes that address under-representation and help improve equality, diversity and inclusion in our graduate student body.

For the majority of Oxford scholarships, all you need to do is submit your graduate application by the deadline for your course. In addition, many colleges offer full or partial scholarships for graduate study. College scholarships are quite difficult to find out about, but if you use the following search link, you should get a list of links to the relevant information for each college.

In addition, the School of Geography and Environment awards a small number of study support grants to partially offset the cost of fees to exceptional BCM candidates each year. If you would like to be considered for either of these awards please send an email to the MSc Co-ordinator at the time of your application. This should include a brief statement (max 200 words) of why you merit the award.
