Academic Profile

Will is a part-time DPhil student in Geography & the Environment at the University of Oxford, supervised by Professor Jim Hall. His research focuses on how the climate-related disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, & earthquakes, pose significant risks to global trade and economic stability. His proposed research seeks to investigate the direct and indirect economic impacts of natural disasters on the economy, considering the compounding effects of multiple hazards. Will graduated from the University of Bristol with an undergraduate degree in Economics & Mathematics (BSc) and remained there to complete a MSc in Economics.
