Academic Profile
Ella Fleming is a Senior Analyst at the UK MOD. She has expertise in socio-cultural and regional analysis, intelligence analysis, climate security and gender in the armed forces. Ella has recently conducted a Visiting Fellowship at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) working on the future of African Security and the decline of UK influence. She is now going into the third year of her part-time DPhil studies assessing climate change, water scarcity and conflict in East Africa.
